XML Sitemaps tool review

I have talked about the importance of having a sitemap before however I have never really mentioned how to create a sitemap. There are various tools out there that you can use most of which are free although usually if you have over 500 pages that need to be added to a sitemap they may charge you.

The sitemap tool that I use is great, it is free up until you reach 500 pages and most people usually have a sitemap before they reach that number. I use XML sitemaps, simple to use and it takes (depending on the size of your website) 1-5 minutes at the maximum to produce.

They also offer a simple step by step guide on the home page so there should be no chance of you being confused or making a mistake.

After you have clicked start and the tool has produced your sitemap you will have various options to view and download the sitemap in different file types. I choose the HTML file type for my website and XML file type for Google webmaster tools.

You can visit XML-sitemaps here.
