The key things to look out for is a large bandwidth 50 gb or more per month is usually fine for one proxy site, however if you are wanting to make a proxy network you should be looking for anything about 100gb. You will also want web space also known as disc space you should be looking for anything around 10gb or more.

When searching for web hosting companies be sure to shop around before you buy, there are always hosting companies offering a better service than the one before.
