When you think about being an entrepreneur, what do you think of first? Which aspects of being an entrepreneur are important, which are essential, and which ones can you take or leave? You be the judge.

Last year, there were a number of people who wanted to start their own online business and this year the number continues to grow. With the newest advents of digital technology growing and changing at a quickening pace, many more people, today than yesterday, have the freedom of being able to start a small online home based business that can grow into whatever they can imagine. The fantastic tools that are available are within their reach, all they have to do is make a fist.

Think about it for a minute, or two. Is there anything in the world like the idea of being your own boss, and steering your own future. Knowing that whether you succeed or fail, your did it your way? Thoughts like this is what gives a person a feeling of power, making them feel confident that they can achieve the sky and the limit. But is being your own boss all that it’s cracked up to be?

For some, the experience of being their own boss can be a lonely and isolating adventure as well as a physically and mentally taxing ordeal. Being self employed not only requires that you have certain skills but that you also keep adding to those skills, nonstop. Now, if you think this is a hoot, think about what you will have to learn to start your business online.

Still interested? Good! Keep reading because there is more to come, and remember, the more skills you develop, the more successful you will be.

Other than having and gaining whatever skills you may need to run your online business, which means a lifetime of learning, there are emotional traits and personality traits that go along with starting a business that you should be aware of, don’t worry, if you don’t seem to have what it takes, you can get it. Entrepreneurs are made, not born, believe that because without such a belief success will be fleeting at best, if your lucky.

To be an entrepreneur, all you have to do is want to be one but…
To be honest, it will take courage, determination, and expertise (that you will gain). You will have to be committed to working very long hours, mostly alone unless you hit it big time and hire a team or are lucky enough to have a partner. This is the life of a budding entrepreneur and even some not so budding ones but the rewards of owning your own online business can be more than worth the effort that you will have to put forth.

Oh, yeah, that’s right, if you haven’t gotten it by now then listen up. A BUSINESS IS WORK!

There is no such thing as FREE or overnight riches so don’t believe the hype. You get what your hand calls for and only you can deal that hand. In the process of ‘puttin in work’ you will gain knowledge as well as build much needed confidence as you develop and learn how to harness your newfound expertise.

Warning!!

The linings of your pockets won’t swell overnight with cash and neither will your bank account, but they will grow. At first slowly and then if you have a plan and stick to it, change it, and learn from it, the pace will speed up a bit.

I know what you’re thinking. Wow! There is so much to learn, so much to do, so little money to do it with and an abundance of unanswered questions. Join the club, we all started out this way. No one who is successful started out having it all, they earned it and so will you. You will earn learn, earn, and get answers, sooner than you might think.

Now with all of that out of the way, here are the answers to the other questions you must be asking yourself.

What is the first step you should take? Which business idea is the right one for you? What will it cost to get started? Where will you get the money to do what you have to do? Does you idea make sense and if so, how should you present it to your target client? How much competition are you facing?

If you are anything like I was when I first decided to start my own online business (and I know you are) the questions are teeming and rolling through your brain cells knocking each other around. Also if you are like I was (again, I know you are) you do nothing but eat, sleep, and drink the idea of starting a business online. Basically, you don’t know where to start but I can tell you in a simple sentence where you should think of starting.

Start with doing something that you love to do!

Even though you can learn to be an entrepreneur, you can not ‘learn’ to love what you do, it has to already be in you. Take my word for it. Don’t start a business solely because it seems to be lucrative. You may end up with money but more than likely you will fail at doing what you don’t love so start by choosing a business that you love.

If you don’t start a business based on something you love you will eventually hate it and this will show in how you operate your business and treat your clients. Pretty soon, guess what?…No more business!

Even when you do find something you love, or maybe you already know what it is, you will still have to cultivate in yourself certain entrepreneurial skills such as being a hard worker and having organizational skills. You will need to do tedious chores that deal with finance, administration and a whole list of other…Un-love like activities. Who do you think is going to do the selling for your new business? YOU! and don’t forget it, so start developing that people personality (for handling client and networking) and some light hearted humor (for those days when things just don’t go right), you’re gonna need it, I guarantee:)

I trust that what you’ve read so far has been informative. The following section should go a long way toward clearing up any uncertainty that may remain.

Wrong! But it should help.

As you plan for your new online business venture by doing research and creating a solid business plan, don’t forget to do the following before you take the first real step into the business arena.

Find A Mentor

Learn from the mistakes of others, specifically your mentor. Find a person in your field or even a related field who is successful and ask them to give you some guidance. If they say no, ask someone else. Keep asking until you get a yes.

Prepare for success

Plan your business as much as possible. Don’t just let it happen because the only thing that will happen is nothing, at least nothing you would like. Make goals and break them down into doable steps. A simple exercise to help you do this is to build you business from the top down, on paper.

All this means is to start with the end in mind and then backtrack by finding out what the previous the must be. Here is a brief example: I want to make 100 dollars.

First of all that is not specific enough, try this instead:
I want to make 100 dollars in ten months. Now you can automatically figure that you need to make 10 dollars a month to achieve this goal. You can further break this down into weeks and days and then figure out what you need to do each day to achieve your daily goal towards your major goal.

In closing, I have two quotes for you that I keep right above my workspace at home.
Take heed to them because they are full of truth.

“Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome while trying to succeed. ”
Booker T. Washington

“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan ‘Press On’ has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race. ”
Calvin Coolidge

If you’ve picked some pointers about being an entrepreneur that you can put into action, then by all means, do so. You won’t really be able to gain any benefits from your new knowledge if you don’t use it.

Now, I’ll leave you with a saying of my own.

Being the best means being the best that YOU can be. Always strive to be a better you and you will always be the best.

This is actually a very timely article. Truth is, the inspiration for it came from this very blog. I’ll explain shortly. What I hope you will get out of reading this is a clear head and an idea of what to do after you’ve just burnt yourself out on a huge project and feel like you’ve got no wind left in your sales.

If you’ve been following my articles here for some time, you will notice that I just completed a series titled “Top 25 Success Secrets.” If you do the math, that comes out to 25 articles in less than two months. A lot of thought went into them and, quite honestly, took a lot out of my sales.

So here I am now, finished with a major article writing project and trying to figure out where to go from here. If you think it’s easy recharging your batteries after a long project, think again. Sometimes your head is so foggy, you don’t know which end is up. So what do you do?

Well, here is what I did. I sat back, took a breath, and realized that what I just went through is something that a lot of people are going to experience at one time or another. So I came up with the idea to write this article. But that’s only going to buy me a day of time. Where do I go from here?

Where I go from here is simple. I’ll take a look at all the articles that I’ve written for this blog so far. I’ll see which ones promised a next part and start working on the next part. Those are the easy articles to fill as the foundation has already been laid out. But what happens when I’m done with all the multi part articles?

That’s when I go into what I call “think mode.” I’ll brainstorm some ideas for new articles and article series. For example, I came up with the idea for “Top 25 Success Secrets” from a Warrior Forum post and a free report that I put together. So I figured why not turn that info into a series of articles?

What I’ll probably do is look at other free reports that I’ve done and see which one of those I can turn into articles as well. The great thing about this business is that the longer you’ve been doing it, the more info you have to fall back on to write about.

And it’s the same way with product creation. If you really know your niche well, you can come up with a variety of products and never run out of ideas. I can’t even count all the products that I’ve created over the years and still manage to crank out at least two new ones every month.

The key to the whole process is to sit back, relax, take stock of what you’ve already done and see where you can grab new ideas from…even if they’re just offshoots of things you’ve done before.

Sometimes what’s old is new again.

To YOUR Success,

Well, we have finally made it to number 1 in our top 25 countdown…customer service. I don’t know if this comes as a surprise to you or not but don’t worry…after you are done reading this article, you will completely understand why customer service is the number 1 most important part of running your business. In the meantime, if you’ve missed any of the other articles in this series, especially the last one on honesty, please read them after you are finished with this one. I think there is a lot to learn from them.

Okay, so why do I have customer service as the number one most important part of running your business?

Because all the knowledge in the world, all the planning, all the advertising, all the honesty, all the skills that have made you a top copywriter, all of that CAN’T make up for NOT taking care of your customers after the sale is made.

For example. You sell some great ebook on how to make money online. The ebook is fantastic. It has everything that a person could want in it. But not everybody is going to understand everything that’s in it as everybody will be at a different skill level. So some people are going to write to you with questions.

See what happens when you either don’t respond to them or give them some smart ass answer like, “Why don’t you just read the book? The answer is in it.”

How fast before that person not only asks for a refund but starts bad mouthing you all over the Internet as providing terrible customer service?

You have a membership site. The site goes down or there is a technical problem with it. Good customer service will not only get on fixing the problem right away but will send out an email to the members letting them know that there IS a problem and it’s being taken care of.

What do you think is going to happen if you just shrug your shoulders and go out for a weekend on the town saying to yourself, “screw ‘em. I’ll take care of it when I get back” and for 2 or 3 days, your members have no access and no explanation?

Now, having said all that, as your business grows, customer service is going to be more and more difficult to attend to as the number of customer service requests are going to increase. Guess what?

Too bad. Hire more people. Get a help desk. Do whatever you have to do to make sure that your customers are taken care of.

If you think I am making a big deal over this, you’re right…I am. Try running a business without providing good customer service and see how far you get.

Anyway, I hope you have enjoyed this series of articles. I can honestly say that these 25 things have greatly contributed to the success that I have had online and I know that they will contribute to YOUR success as well.

To YOUR Success,

In the last installment of Top 25 Success Secrets, we hit number 3 in our top 25 countdown…planning. If you haven’t read that article yet, I strongly suggest you do so after reading this one. Those who fail to plan, plan to fail. It’s a cliche, but it’s also quite true.

In this installment, we tackle number 2 on the hit parade…one that I am sure is going to be a surprise to a lot of people…honesty.

Okay, I know what you’re thinking. Sure, it’s nice to be honest. But how is that so important when it comes to being successful? After all, aren’t there a lot of people out there who are as crooked as the day is long and yet they’re still successful?

Maybe…but how many of them eventually get caught? And with the Internet, news spreads very fast especially if it’s spread by the right person.

Imagine this scenario. John Doe purchases your latest ebook on how to make money online. Upon reading it, he discovers that you’ve completely lifted his product word for word. What you don’t know is that John Doe is one of the biggest names online.

So what do you think John Doe is going to do, with his band of merry followers, the numbers of which are more than staggering? He’s going to blog about this, send emails out to his list about it, write articles and send then to directories, make videos and upload them to just about every video site in creation, and on and on.

In no time at all, you’re going to become a household name, except not in the way that you would like. Cheat somebody, steak from somebody or just flat out lie to somebody, and you can bet that the bad news is going to spread faster than a forest fire.

Are you going to lose sales by being honest? Yep, you sure will. I can’t tell you how many sales of my coaching program I’ve lost because I didn’t tell people what they wanted to hear…that there was a lot of hard work involved in building a stable and profitable business.

But here’s what’s going to happen if you ARE honest with people. You’re going to build a loyal following who will practically buy just about anything you sell them with nothing more than a short description and a buy now button.

In fact, one of my most successful product lines doesn’t even have a sales page…at least not a traditional one. It’s just some HTML text and a link at the end…not even a button. There are no graphics, headers or anything. And yet, it’s responsible for a good chunk of my monthly income. Why? Because I give it to people straight.

So the next time you’re thinking of maybe bending the truth or telling an outright lie to your prospects, remember, it only takes ONE person to totally blow it all to hell for you. And when THAT happens, your reputation never really recovers.

And that you can take to the bank.

To YOUR Success,

In the last installment of Top 25 Success Secrets, we hit number 4 in our top 10, advertising. If you haven’t read that article, I strongly suggest you go back and read it after you have finished with this article.

In this installment, we hit number 3 in our hit parade…planning. There is an old saying that goes like this.

“Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.” It’s an old cliche but it’s quite true. Without proper planning, you might as well take your whole business and flush it down the toilet.

But why is planning so important? Can’t you just head on over to Clickbank, pick a product to promote, write a few articles, submit them to some directories and make a few bucks? Sure you can, and in fact, as crappy a plan as that is, it’s still a plan.

The key is, the MORE you plan, the better your results are going to be.

Now, a plan in itself doesn’t have to be overly complicated. Some of the simplest plans are the most successful provided that you put the necessary work into them to make them successful.

For example, let’s take our crappy plan of just heading on over to Clickbank, picking a product and writing some articles that send people to the sales page to HOPEFULLY make some sales. Ironically, this is a plan that many people use and do quite well with. However, the ones who do very well are the ones who expand on this plan a bit.

For example, instead of just sending prospects directly to a sales page, the article marketer uses an intermediate step of sending the prospect to a review page of the product. This presells the prospect and makes them more likely to purchase the product.

Others will take that plan one step further. They’ll send the prospect to an opt in page where they’ll offer information related to the niche itself. From there, after collecting their email and building a list from it, they’ll send them to the review page as a the next step in the process.

And there are many things you can do to expand on this plan even more. You can add backlinking duties to the mix in order to get your opt in page or review page higher up the search engines.

Point is, you can’t just wake up one day and say, “I want to make some money”, go to some random site, sign up for their “miracle in a box” program and expect to just wing it and make money. You need to have some kind of a plan…no matter how simple it might be. Again, it doesn’t have to be complex to be effective.

That’s the reason why I have planning so high up on my list. Every single little thing I do with my business is completely planned out from the start to the finish. I have a checklist for each task that has to be completed in order to implement that plan. I also have an overall plan for my business in general with goals that I want to reach each week, month, quarter and year. That way I know if I’m on target or not.

Some say I’m obsessed with my business. I say I’m simply a planner, which has been a huge contributor to my success.

It can be to YOUR success too.

To YOUR Success,

In our last installment of Top 25 Success Secrets, we cracked the top 5 with “Education.” If you haven’t yet read that article, I strongly suggest you go back and do so after you’ve finished reading this one. Education is essentially the cornerstone of running a home business.

In this installment, we tackle number 4 on our hit parade…advertising. Some people think that this is the number 1 most important part of success. Well, I admit, it’s up there. But when you see what 1 through 3 are and read my reasons behind their choices, you’ll understand why advertising is only number 4.

Okay, so why is advertising so important? Well, the answer to that should be blatantly obvious. If you don’t promote your site, nobody, or at least very few people, will see it. With the number of web sites out there today, you can’t just put one online and expect to get traffic. So we need to advertise.

Ah, but what kind of advertising? Therein lies the rub. See, there are many ways to advertise online and they are not all the same and not all effective for every niche.

For example, let’s take article marketing. It’s a very effective form of advertising. I’ve been using it for years. But it doesn’t work well for every niche. In fact, I’m going to give you a perfect niche that article marketing is downright horrible for…golf tips.

Think about it. Somebody is looking to improve their game. They want to learn how drive farther and more accurately, chip better, putt with better precision and so on. Do you think they want to or even CAN get this info out of an article? Of course not. They’re going to want to watch videos actually showing them the golf swing. This is one example where article marketing is virtually worthless and video marketing is a gold mine.

Let’s take the “make money online” niche. A lot of people seem to think that using safelists and traffic exchanges is a waste of time as far as marketing goes. And yes, if you’re selling an acne cure, they are. But if you’re showing people HOW to make money online, those methods can be VERY effective IF used correctly. Problem is, most people DON’T know how to use them. Point is, for this niche, safelists and traffic exchanges are quite viable.

And then, you have to consider the cost of your advertising and the return that you get from it. For example, let’s say that you’ve decided to use Adwords to promote your product. But you find out that the average CPC is about $1 a click and at 2% conversion, that’s $100 for two $47 sales. Unless you’ve got a strong backend, you’re not even breaking even using this method. Yes, it’s fine for a loss leader, but you better have something to follow it up with like a home study course or seminar.

Point is, advertising is VERY important. And yes, even if it’s just word of mouth through something like Twitter or Facebook, that’s still advertising. Getting the word out about your product is almost the most important thing when it comes to your business.

Why almost? You’ll see in the next three articles.

To YOUR Success,

In the last installment of Top 25 Success Secrets, I went over developing communication skills, which came in at number 6 on the hit parade. If you didn’t read that article, I strongly suggest you go back and do so after you read this one. Communication is essentially the cornerstone of marketing.

In this installment, we make it into our top 5, kicking it off with education. For those of you wondering why this isn’t number 1, you need to see what 1 through 4 are and you’ll understand. But make no mistake about it, educatn is vitally important to becoming successful with your home business.

Okay, so why is education so important? Well, there are number of reasons and a number of forms of education. Let’s start with basic marketing education.

There is a reason why people go to school. And no, it’s not so that educational institutions can milk us out of our hard earned cash. We are not born with knowledge. I don’t care how gifted you are. Everything you do in your life, you learned it…either from a formal place of education or on your own. And let me tell you something, learning on your own is not easy. It’s a lot of trial and error and, in many cases, leads us to a dead end.

Because of the many things involved in marketing online, such as writing sales letters, doing SEO, creating web sites and so on, there is no possible way to just know all these things. I went to a certified school to learn web design. No way could I have done it on my own without a lot of blood, sweat and tears. My training lasted 6 months and when I was done, I was more than qualified to put up a decent looking web site.

As for writing, I learned to write during all my years in school. Yes, I did a lot of writing, and that’s the only way you get good at something, but I did have training. That training, though I didn’t know it at the time, made it so that I could have a career as an Internet marketer.

Okay, but that’s just one form of education…learning how to do things. There is another form of education that I simply call “keeping up with what’s current.”

Every single day when you turn around, there is a new law or regulation. Maybe a payment processor has a new way of doing business.

Take the recent FTC commotion with affiliate review sites and disclosure. Had you not kept up with those things, you’d probably be breaking some regulation and putting yourself at risk of being fined. Trust me, the FTC is not playing games.

Point is, everything is about learning. You are not, no matter how smart you think you are, going to become an expert marketer without getting educated. Sure, you might luck out on a few things, but without a solid educational background in all aspects of marketing, you’re just throwing darts in the dark.

And personally, that’s NOT the way i want to run MY business.

In the last installment of Top 25 Success Secrets, I went over testing and tracking, which came in at number 7. Today, we hit number 6 on the charts…developing communication skills. I can’t even begin to stress how incredibly important this is. This article is going to explain WHY it’s so important. When you see all the things related to this one skill, you’ll realize that it is essentially the cornerstone of running a home business and marketing.

Communication. Imagine what this world would be like if we had no form of communication. We couldn’t do a simple thing like go to the corner deli and ask the butcher for a pound of roast beef. We’d have to grunt and point and hope that he understood what we wanted.

Now I understand that asking for a pound of roast beef is no great accomplishment and certainly most people should be able to do that, especially since THEY are the ones with the money to spend.

But what about asking for a sale? Now you’re asking somebody else to give YOU money. And let me tell you…in this world that we’re living in, that is not so easy to do with so many people either out of work or just about getting by. They’re not throwing their hard earned cash around so easily. In order to get them to part with it, you have to give them a darn good reason why they should.

We do that through communication. And sure, the sales page is essentially the focal point of this communication. And we can certainly just hire a copywriter to write that page for us. But what about how we GET those people to that sales page? Think they’re just going to come? Think again. And there are a variety of ways to get people to a sales page. Take even the simplest, as far as communication goes…PPC.

Adwords is a powerful model, but do you think that you can just put up any old 3 line ad and get people to your sales page? No, that 3 line ad has to be worded just right in order to push just the right buttons. Otherwise, your PPC expense is just being flushed down the toilet.

What about article marketing? Boy, if ever THAT is heavy duty communication. A good article can get somebody to your sales page and even get them ready to buy BEFORE they see the sales page. A bad article won’t even get them to finish it.

And if you think communication is limited to sales and pre sales media, you are dead wrong.

What about the guy who emails you with questions about your product? What do you think is going to happen if you can’t respond with a well thought out email? Do you think this person is going to buy ANYTHING from you?

Fact is, I can’t think of one business model that doesn’t involve some form of communication. And those who master that skill are going to be the ones who make the most sales.

That is why I have communication skills so high up on my list…and why YOU should too.

To YOUR Success,

In the last installment of Top 25 Success Secrets, I discussed time management, which I think is something that we can ALL use some help with. Let’s face it, there are only 24 hours in the day. If you didn’t read that article, please go back and do so AFTER you finish reading this one.

In this installment, we’re up to success secret number 7 in our countdown…testing and tracking. Oh brother…could I write a book on this subject. But for now, you’ll have to settle for a 500 word article, more or less. I’m going to explain to you exactly WHY testing and tracking is so important and then you’ll understand why it’s so high on my list.

But first…a story. This is a true story that was related to me through a friend who has been marketing online long before I was.

He told me about this guy he knew who was very successful. He was marketing online and was making quite a bit of money. So one day, my friend asked him where most of his results were coming from. The guy responded that he honestly didn’t know. He just did all kinds of advertising and hoped for the best.

Well, needless to say, my friend, who is one smart cookie, was shocked that this guy didn’t at least track to see where his best converting traffic came from. But wait a minute, if the guy is successful, what does it matter?

I’m going to explain EXACTLY why it matters.

Let’s say you’ve decided that you’re going to market your products using two forms of promotion…pay per click and articles. We’re going to keep it simple for this example.

Now, let’s say after 30 days, you’ve spent $10 a day on PPC traffic and wrote 1 article a day, taking 30 minutes to write each article. So your total expenses are $300 in currency and 15 hours in time. I don’t know what your time is worth to you, but even if you worked a minimum wage job for $7 an hour, at 15 hours, you just spent $105 worth of your time. Is that a fair estimate?

Okay, now let’s say that at the end of the month, you’ve made a sale a day at $25 per sale. That comes out to a gross profit of $750 for the month.

If you take the PPC expense out, you have a net profit of $450. I won’t take your time out of the equation though it should be accounted for.

Now…you’ve done no tracking. So you have NO idea where the sales came from. You don’t know if it was the articles or the PPC or both.

So, what if you HAD done the tracking and found out that your PPC campaign was horrible and produced no sales and that all your income came from writing articles?

You do realize that, by shutting down your PPC campaign the following month, you’d save yourself $300 in expenses. But because you didn’t track, you assume the PPC campaign did something and you keep it going.

That is a glaring example of why testing and tracking is SO important.

If you don’t track where your sales are coming from, you are marketing in the dark…plain and simple.

Testing is the same principle, more or less. If you don’t split test sales pages, how can you possibly know if the one you have out there now is the BEST it can possibly be?

You don’t. And you end up missing out on a chance to possibly increase your conversion rate from 1% to 2%.

On just 1,000 visitors a month, that’s an extra 10 sales. At $25 a sale, that’s an extra $250 in your pocket.

Am I getting through to you?

Without testing and tracking, you are seriously keeping your business from being as profitable as it can be.

To YOUR Success,

In the last installment of Top 25 Success Secrets, I went over the importance of backing up your work. Many businesses have suffered major setbacks because of not doing this one simple thing. If you haven’t yet read that article, I strongly suggest you do so after you’re done reading this article.

In this installment, I’m going over success secret number 8…time management. This is something that is the bane of many home business owners. I’m going to give you a very simple solution to put your time management problems to rest for good. Keep reading to find out what it is.

First of all, you’re probably wondering why I feel time management is so important. After all, number 8 on the hit parade is pretty high up for something that SHOULD be pretty simple. But it’s not. Question is, why? To answer that question, one needs to understand human nature.

No matter how much you love your work, it’s rare that you wouldn’t rather be doing something else. For example, I love running my own home business. It makes it so that I don’t have to punch a clock and report to a boss who probably won’t appreciate my work anyway. And there’s no way I’m making as much money as I can working for somebody else.

But as much as I love it, there are things I’d rather be dong. I have a number of hobbies that I REALLY enjoy a lot. Like what?

I love writing my own songs. I’ve been writing songs for over 30 years. I have my own recording studio in my home. Something my home business has paid for many times over.

I also love playing video games. I can’t even begin to tell you all the RPGs that I’m into. No, I haven’t gotten into World Of Warcraft yet, but that day will come.

I also love card games, especially Magic The Gathering. In fact, of late, I’ve been buying old cards as if they were going out of style. Ebay has been my new home away from home.

Any one of the above, I’d rather be doing than running my business, even though I do enjoy this. You have to enjoy it as much as I write and work at it.

But…I still need time management because on those days when I’d rather be in the recording studio or blowing up giant spiders or putting together a new magic deck, I have to make sure I manage my time so that what needs to get done, gets DONE.

A great way to do this, and fortunately because I’m so disciplined I don’t have to, is to get an alarm clock and set it for one hour, or for however long you think a task will take. Once that alarm goes off, you’re done with that task and you move onto the next one.

If you want to allow yourself time to do something like check email, set your alarm for maybe 15 minutes. When that alarm goes off, you’re done checking email.

Once you get into the habit of doing this, eventually you won’t need the alarm clock because you’ll just do it naturally.

The danger of not managing your time is that you don’t get your work done. When that happens, you don’t make money or don’t make as much as you could.

So concentrate on time management and you’ll find that things will go a lot more smoothly for you.

To YOUR Success,
