11 things to consider before you start blogging
Posted by Will Blears on October 10, 2008 in BloggingThis series of blog articles will depict my own personal mistakes and wrong doings which I feel I have made since I started blogging. They are factors I did not consider when I first started blogging and ones that I have live to regret.
Now obviously this series will not just be a depressing compilation of articles each with their own topic depicting my blogging mistakes. Instead they will shed light on my own wrong doings and hopefully bring to the front factors which any future blogger may consider before enrolling on their epic journey to creating a successful blog.
Although it may come across that this series is aimed at only future bloggers this is not the case as present bloggers and webmasters alike may also find the points which I make, useful and beneficial to them.
The series is currently titled 11 things to consider before you start blogging I was considering making the title more personal however I felt that I would be able to reach a larger audience by making the title more accustom to the every day blogger.
As it stands blatant from the title its self there are 11 parts to this series however this could easily increase. These sections are
Has your market got enough to write about?
Have you got realistic goals and short term aims?
Have you picked the right website design?
Is your Keyword Research in depth enough?
Who will you write for the readers or the search engines?
When will you monetize your blog?
-How will you monetize your blog?
How frequently will you post on your blog?
Have you picked the right Market?
How to create the perfect Marketing Plan?
Which Blogging Platform will you choose?
